Robin Gomez has been in the industry for over 23 years, beginning with catalog-based fulfillment and customer service through the growth and evolution of e-commerce. He has worked in Human Resources, Training, Quality, Operations, Consumer Insight, Project Management, BI, CI and is currently the Director of Customer Care Innovation for Radial. His primary focus is to provide long term growth and technological advantages for Radial’s clients and drive process optimization across cost, quality and CX. He is focused on engaging with and partnering with leading and emerging technology providers and curating a robust solution stack for Radial’s eCommerce focused clients and internal agents and users. Robin has a B.S. in Psychology with an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
In his free time Robin enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf whenever and wherever possible. Robin believes in being a passionate lunatic for whatever drives you personally and applying this concept to his personal and professional life. He strongly believes in enjoying your downtime away from work since we put so much of ourselves into work on a regular basis.”
