Manager of CSAT and Quality Analytics
Nick Morrison has worked for Angi for the past 5 years. In that time, Nick has had the privilege to see many sides on the business working on 6 different teams, from taking calls on the phones, to managing a pilot team, and now for the past 3 years, heading up the Call Analytics team for Operations. The story behind the data is what’s always been fascinating to him, and telling those stories is the best part of Nick’s job.
Outside of work, Nick has two beautiful kids, an absolutely incredible wife, and obsess over anything “nerd culture.”.
