Luke is a Consulting Director in the Davies Analytics team. He has worked within the contact centre industry for 12 years with his time focused on utilising data to improve performance. ​He specialises in the analysis and practical application of unstructured data (speech & text) and leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects for Davies’ clients.​ Typically helping clients solve problems such as; automation of their quality processes, improving the contact centre efficiency and increasing sales conversions.
