Consulting Director - Analytics
Luke is a Consulting Director in the Davies Analytics team. He has worked within the contact centre industry for 12 years with his time focused on utilising data to improve performance. He specialises in the analysis and practical application of unstructured data (speech & text) and leads multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects for Davies’ clients. Typically helping clients solve problems such as; automation of their quality processes, improving the contact centre efficiency and increasing sales conversions.
