Manager, Quality Analytics
Ezra Roberts is the Manager of Quality Analytics for Angi, and has spent the last 4 years working with CallMiner and call analytics to grow sales and improve customer experience. With 10+ years of experience as a sales and marketing analyst he has been able to build a deep understanding of process automation, data management, and various programing languages. His most recent focus has been on learning python to leveraging the power of CallMiner’s API. When he’s not geeking out about call data, he can be found out hiking with his wife and one year old or expanding his DIY skills around the house.
