Damon Leahy

Director of IT

Damon Leahy has been the Director of IT at AscensionPoint Recovery Services, LLC (“APRS”) since 2013. Damon’s responsibilities at AscensionPoint encompass implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the LiveVox dialing platform, Information Security program, Backup and Disaster Recovery, and overall IT infrastructure. Damon is currently certified as a CallMiner BIA / BIA+ and supports and develops solutions for all projects regarding speech analytics.
