Starting in the CallMiner and NLP space in 2018, Collin has leveraged NLP solutions in several forms from agent guidance, to post call analytics, to automated chat bots. Collin joined HPOne in 2019 when they began their voice analytics program with CallMiner. He is most passionate about finding new and unique ways to examine conversational data, especially in a small and mid-sized business environments.
