He brings 9 years of experience in data analysis and software development to CallMiner, where he focuses on explainable AI and applying advanced statistical methods to derive insight in solving tough problems in customer analytics. He loves both transformers (cutting-edge natural language processing algorithms) and Transformers (alien robots in disguise).
