What’s New With CallMiner?

In August 2021, CallMiner launched the most significant new release of the platform in a year. These enhancements were designed to help support agent guidance in real-time wherever they are, configure the system to return conversational insights more quickly, and drive insights from more types of customer interactions.

In this session, Jason McKay, Product Manager at CallMiner will walk us through many of the enhancements, with an eye toward what comes next. Jason will be joined by M.J. Johnson, Sr. Director of Product Marketing at CallMiner along with Julian Tiongsen, Product Marketing Lead at Five9, who together will provide a framework of critical considerations for moving CCaaS operations into the cloud, as well as details and benefits on the new integration with Five9.
